30-day blend-it-or-return-it trial

Use your WHIRL for 30 days. Make shakes, smoothies, frozen drinks — whatever you usually blend. If it doesn't replace your countertop blender for daily use, send it back for a full refund. No restocking fees. No return shipping cost. No "you had to use it three times daily." Just an honest trial.

How to start a return

1. Email returns@whirlblends.com with your order number.
2. We send you a prepaid return label within 1 business day.
3. Drop the package at any USPS, UPS, or FedEx location.
4. Refund hits your original payment method within 3–5 business days of us receiving the package.

What qualifies

• Returned within 30 calendar days of delivery
• Motor base, cup, lid, and charging cable returned (sleeve and recipe card optional)
• One refund per household per 12 months — no industrial reselling, please

Damaged or defective on arrival

If your WHIRL arrives broken, doesn't power on, or the cup is cracked, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll ship a replacement before you even return the original.

Replacement parts

Cups, lids, and charging cables are available individually at cost — usually $8–$12 each. Reach out and we'll get one out same day if it's in stock.

International returns

We accept returns from any country. International customers are responsible for return shipping. Once we receive the package, the refund processes the same way.
