Orders process within 1 business day. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your box leaves our Austin warehouse.

United States

• Standard (3–5 business days) — Free on every order
• Express (1–2 business days) — $12.95 flat
• Same-day Austin area — Available at checkout for ZIP codes within 25 miles of 78702

International

• Canada & Mexico — 5–9 business days, $14.95 flat
• UK & EU — 7–12 business days, $19.95 flat
• Australia, New Zealand — 8–14 business days, $24.95 flat
• Rest of world — 10–18 business days, calculated at checkout

International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes assessed by their country.

Tracking

Every order ships with a tracking number sent to your email. We use USPS, UPS, and DHL depending on destination. You can track in real time through your carrier or by replying to your shipping confirmation.

Lost or damaged packages

If your tracking shows delivered but the package hasn't arrived, please wait 48 hours (it often shows up the next day). After that, email orders@whirlblends.com and we'll either reship or refund — you choose.

Address changes

We can update your shipping address before the order leaves our warehouse. Once it's in transit, it cannot be redirected. Reach out within an hour of ordering for the best chance.
