Welcome to WHIRL Blends Co. ("WHIRL," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using whirlblends.com (the "Site") or buying any of our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Read them carefully.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase. By purchasing, you confirm you meet this requirement and that the payment method you use belongs to you or you are authorized to use it.
We make every effort to display product details, colors, and pricing accurately. Colors may vary slightly between screens. Prices are listed in US Dollars unless otherwise noted, and we reserve the right to change prices at any time before you place an order. Once an order is confirmed, the price is locked.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel orders at our discretion — for example if we suspect fraud, if the product is out of stock, or if there's a pricing error. If we cancel, we'll refund you in full.
Title and risk of loss transfer to you when the carrier receives the package. See our Shipping page for details. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

WHIRL is a personal-use portable blender designed for blending soft foods, frozen fruit, ice, protein powders, and liquid ingredients. Do not use it to blend hot liquids, hard items it isn't rated for (raw potatoes, whole nuts in bulk, bones), or to perform any non-blending function. Always inspect the lid seal before flipping. Discontinue use immediately if the cup or lid is damaged.
All content on this Site — logos, designs, text, photos, videos, source code — is owned by WHIRL or our licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use any of it without our written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.
If you submit reviews, photos, or other content to the Site, you grant WHIRL a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, modify, and distribute that content in connection with our business. You represent that the content is yours and does not infringe anyone's rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WHIRL, its officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Site or the products. Our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
You agree to indemnify and hold WHIRL harmless from any claim or demand made by a third party due to your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site or products, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Travis County, Texas, except either party may bring small-claims actions in small-claims court.
We may update these Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the new Terms.
